If we made a mistake with your order, rest assured we will resolve it at no cost to you.
General Return Guidelines
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within days of purchase, unless otherwise noted on the product page. To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original condition and unused.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Domestic Orders (within India): Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of purchase.

International Orders (USA, Europe, Australia & other countries): Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Final Sale Items: Subscription products, closeout deals, sale items, promotions (e.g., BOGO offers), and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bundle Deals: Items from bundle deals (excluding mystery or final sale items) can be exchanged individually for an item of equal or lesser value. For a full refund or exchange, all items in the bundle or BOGO promotion must be returned.

Exchanges: If you’re exchanging two or more items, a $25 fee will be charged to cover shipping for the new products.
Special Product Considerations
For one-of-a-kind products or items where color preferences are specified, please include your preferences in the ‘Additional Information’ section during the return request process. Note that due to limited stock, specific colors may not always be available, and substitutions may be made to ensure timely delivery.

Refund Details

Original shipping fees and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Rewards Points: If rewards points were used for your purchase, they cannot be refunded or reactivated. If possible, consider keeping the order to retain the value of your points.
